Non Discrimination Policy

 

This policy states the California Freedom Coalition’s (CFC) position on discrimination. This policy applies to all CFC employees, volunteers, members, clients, and contractors.

The CFC follows an equal opportunity employment policy and employs personnel without regard to race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, and marital status.

This policy also applies to internal promotions, training, opportunities for advancement, terminations, outside vendors, members and customers, service clients, use of contractors and consultants, dealings with the general public and our communications in Social Media.

 

From time to time we might do joint communications with other groups, allow candidates to introduce themselves or allow initiatives to describe their goals to our members. These communications and introductions are allowed as long as the person or subject matter being communicated adheres to this policy and does not conflict with the CFC mission.
